About Havok
Havok brings utility-scale site awareness, owner-led coordination, and a field-first standard to commercial properties, solar facilities, homes, and rural acreage across North Florida.
Why Havok exists
Founder Josh Martin worked inside utility-scale solar construction environments and saw how vegetation, access, drainage, fencing, documentation, and the next crew’s schedule are connected on an operating site.
That perspective became the foundation for Havok Land Management: see the entire work area, understand what has to stay accessible, define the finish standard clearly, and give the client a useful record when the scope is complete.
The same discipline applies to commercial property, a family home, or North Florida acreage that has become difficult to keep ahead of. Different scale. Same accountability.

Where Havok fits
Havok is structured for recurring needs, corrective work, and one-time recovery without forcing every property into the same template.
Panel-row and equipment-area clearance, stewardship support, access lanes, drainage visibility, fence-line attention, condition reviews, and storm recovery.
Land and vegetation work for sites that need better access, visibility, cleanup, and overall operating condition.
Lot cleanup, mowing, brush removal, fence-line clearing, driveway access, and property recovery after severe weather.
The Havok standard
Professional land management is not just equipment on a property. It is knowing the priority, protecting the work boundaries, communicating when conditions change, and making the finished result easy to verify.
“The client should never have to wonder what was handled, what changed, or what comes next.”
